Who can order?
The shop is for all Brenntag employees. It is very important to us to present our brand globally, uniformly and in a high-quality manner.

How does the order process work?
After your order has been processed/shipped, you will receive a final email with the shipment number for tracking the goods and, at the same time, the corresponding invoice.

When do I have to pay the invoice?
The general payment term of 30 days applies from receipt of the invoice. The invoice date is decisive here.

What does on demand mean?
This means that all products are only produced on demand. The advantage is that only those items are produced that are actually ordered – this not only saves storage space but also CO2 and is therefore more sustainable.

How long do I have to wait for my goods?
That depends on the individual delivery time, which is always indicated with the article. It also depends on the country you are ordering from. As a rule, you can say the following:

Germany: approx. 2-3 working days
Europe: approx. 6-7 working days
Asia: approx. 14-20 working days
America: approx. 14-20 working days

Which shipping service do you use?
We use DHL with the GO-Green service for shipping. This guarantees the most sustainable shipping method currently available. In addition, with DHL we have the best nationwide network, which also guarantees safe delivery. If your order exceeds a certain volume, we switch to shipping via a forwarding agent.

What do I do if I have a return or something doesn’t suit me?
No problem – just send an email to support and we’ll get in touch with you.

What is the difference between “on demand”, “on stock”, ” in production”?

• On demand: On demand products are not on stock but can always be ordered on demand in individual – also smaller – amounts. On demand productions help us to act sustainable producing only items we really need. This is especially beneficial for e.g. clothing with different sizes. The delivery times always include production times and therefore are between 2-4 weeks.
• On stock: On stock items are always on stock, will be shipped directly and therefore have the shortest delivery times.
• In production: Products are currently in production for the first time to always be on stock soon. The delivery times depend on the initial production times.
